MATTHEW FREDRICKSON represents clients on appeal and in postconviction proceedings.
Prior to joining the Noble Law Firm, Matthew worked as a deputy public defender in Jefferson County where he represented hundreds of misdemeanor and traffic clients as they navigated the trial and appeal process. Because of his experience as a trial and appellate attorney in the public defender’s office, Matthew has the ability to identify errors committed by courts, defense attorneys, and prosecutors, and to effectively present these errors on appeal and in postconviction proceedings.
Matthew graduated with a degree in business administration from Boston University and received his law degree from the University of Washington. At law school, he was a published member of the Washington Journal of Law, Technology & Arts, and he competed for the school in the National Moot Court Competition, helping his team win the regional competition before competing in New York City. While studying for his law degree, Matthew also dedicated his time to non-profit organizations such as the Family Law CASA of King County and the Northwest Immigrant Rights Project.
Matthew speaks conversational Spanish.
