SCOTT HAMMERSLEY is an associate at The Noble Law Firm and advocates for clients on appeal and in postconviction proceedings.
Scott graduated with a degree in Economics from American University in Washington, D.C. He also graduated with a focus in Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science’s General Course Program. Scott received his law degree from the University of Denver – Sturm College of Law.
In law school, Scott participated in Sturm’s prestigious Civil Rights Clinic. He gained valuable experience in drafting persuasive motions, legal research, and focus on client-centered lawyering. While in law school he was also a teaching assistant, on the editorial board of the Sports & Entertainment Law Journal, externed with the Denver District Court as a student clerk, and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and interned with the Colorado Juvenile Defender Center.
Scott believes that every client deserves quality representation. Scott actively works to provide that quality representation for his clients. He also believes in helping clients better understand the law. He works with his clients until they understand the status of their case, the law, and any questions they have about legal representation. He presents his clients with a clear and realistic picture of what to expect in their case.
